Retail Sales Training Course
The TOOLBOX retail sales training course is taught in three installments, 30 days apart. Each session is four hours in length and includes role play, testing and lecture.
As an alternative, the course can be given in a single ‘Greatest Hits’ format. The client picks out the portions of the course they think most appropriate to their needs.
If, in the future, they would like the remainder of the the course, the material in the greatest hits class will have already been completed.
At the conclusion of the final session the students who have completed the entire course will receive a graduation certificate.
Any portion of the Toolbox Course can be given as a single, stand alone, seminar.
